Canyon Sleep Neurology and Wellness is led by Ashesh and Matthew Troester. 


Dr. Matthew Troester is one of the Southwest's only quadruple board-certified neurologists, specializing in Neurology, Child Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Epilepsy. After two decades in academic neurology, he now focuses exclusively on sleep disorders for both children and adults. 


His partner, Ashesh B. Troester, PA-C, has worked across various medical fields and now dedicates her career to Sleep Medicine. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and has been trained by renowned experts in the field. Ms. Troester is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.


With Canyon Sleep, we have worked to greatly expand access to sleep services for patients with sleep problems.  Through the use of comprehensive prescreening questionnaires and office automation, we are able to spend more time listening to your specific concerns and tailoring a custom treatment plan.
