About Us

Re-associating

Good and Night

for the whole family

Our Story

Canyon Sleep Neurology and Wellness Group resulted from a nearly two decades long experience in academic Neurology peppered with observations of Dr. Troester's grandfather who worked as a country doctor in rural Nebraska for many decades.

For highly specialized care, undoubtedly, a tertiary care center such as Mayo Clinic, Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital or St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, is second to none. We maintain our long-standing relationship with Barrow and continue to send patients there (and elsewhere) whenever appropriate.

However, sometimes patients and caregivers simply need a doctor to listen, sympathize, strategize and treat what ails them without the hassles of big business medicine. The algorithmic tyranny of a powerless middle management mostly composed of non-physicians often drives patient care. We believe the patient and the doctor ought to dictate care, nothing else.

Here for You

Enter Canyon Sleep. We are a small, family owned and operated specialty sleep medicine practice. We specialize solely in re-associating good and night for every member of your family. We want better sleep for you. We take our years of experience at renowned academic centers like Barrow and Mayo Clinic and apply it to you in an accessible, efficient, clean, and comfortable environment with ample parking and easy access off the AZ loop 101. Automated in all the right ways and old fashioned in the others dictates our practice philosophy. We want you to feel welcome, safe and comfortable with us.

We have spent the entirety of our adult lives perfecting our skills to serve you.
